Chicago, IL – July 1, 2021 – Svoboda Capital Partners L.L.C. (“SC”) is pleased to announce the promotion of David Rubin to Managing Director. David joined the firm as a Vice President in 2015 and was promoted to Principal in 2019.

David has played a key role in sourcing and managing new investments for SC over the past few years and he adds significant value, both to our portfolio companies and in mentoring our SC team,” commented SC Co- Founder John Svoboda.

Prior to joining SC, David worked at Stone Arch Capital and as an Investment Banking Analyst with Harris Williams & Co. (“HW”), both in Minneapolis, Minnesota. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with honors from George Washington University and an MBA with concentrations in Accounting, Finance and Organizational Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
