Chicago, IL – April 20, 2023 – Svoboda Capital Partners LLC (“SC”), is pleased to announce the majority recapitalization of Bully Pulpit Interactive LLC (“BPI”), a leading marketing and strategic communications firm, by Broad Sky Partners (“Broad Sky”). Broad Sky is a New York-based private equity firm that partners with middle-market business services and consumer companies. SC will retain an ongoing minority equity stake in BPI.

BPI was founded in 2009 by the digital marketers behind the 2008 Obama presidential campaign to assist clients in both the public and private sector in creating a platform to tell their story, gain followers, shape public opinion, drive actionable responses, and increase profitability. Today, BPI, grounded in its differentiated culture, is a leading digital communications, marketing and advertising agency that assists blue-chip corporations, non-profit organizations and political clients with the execution of campaign strategy, audience identification, creative development, media optimization and placement, and data measurement and analytics via its proprietary products.
